Private Appointments
Appointments are (optional) & not needed during regular business hours
SCHEDULE PRIVATE APPOINTMENT OR FITTINGEvents you don't need an appointment:
* Writing up a wedding or prom order. Please visit our tuxedo page for more information.
* Purchasing a suit or to be measured for a rental. Gustwiller's will have an associate ready to help during our regular business hours.
* Sewing or Alterations. We have a full alteration department, but our seamstresses are not always on hand. Our expert associates are happy to help do the pinning. We do accept outside alterations, but there are some exclusions like wedding or bridesmaids dresses.
Please Note:
* Walk-ins are welcome during our regular business hours (see our customer service page for store hours)
* There's always someone here that can measure and help with weddings and other requests.
* You may book up to 60 days out online. If you need to book an appointment beyond this time frame, please contact customer service.
We do recommend private appointments for the following:
* For Group Fittings, please select the In-Person option "Gustwiller's Store 116 W. Main St. - Ottawa, OH 45875" when scheduling the event. The most popular time for private groups is 9:00am on Saturday's.
* Small group Private Appointments when our regular business hours do not work for you.
